As a part of our downtown safety initiatives, the BBA is providing two De-escalation Training opportunities for downtown employees. We are partnering with The Howard Center's team of expert clinicians to discuss ideas and strategies around de-escalation and engaging with individuals exhibiting disruptive behavior. Training sessions are open to all BBA members and their employees, as well as any downtown retail, restaurant, and hospitality staff.
